This hands-on session will walk you through the key components of Nebraska’s range judging contests, with a special focus on Card 3—identifying ecological sites, calculating the Similarity Index, and evaluating degree of use. We’ll also demonstrate how to effectively use the MLRA guides and worksheets provided at contest stations, giving you the tools to better prepare your students for success. Part 2 of the session is optional and will take place off-site.
