In today’s fast-paced and collaborative workplaces, success is no longer measured solely by technical skills or individual performance but by one’s ability to contribute positively to the organization as a whole. This session explores how educators can cultivate the values, attitudes, and behaviors necessary for students to become exemplary organizational citizens in their future careers.
We will discuss strategies to embed organizational citizenship concepts—such as teamwork, adaptability, ethical decision-making, and proactive problem-solving—into the classroom experience. Participants will leave with actionable teaching methods and resources to inspire students to lead with integrity, act responsibly, and contribute meaningfully to their current and future organizations.
