2025 NCE Conference

I'm an Assistant Professor on the Teacher Preparation team in the department of Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communications at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I teach coursework that prepares future high school agricultural educators, and my research focuses on teacher mobility and the teacher career ladder. One more practical output of that work is a series of workshops helping teachers navigate boundary setting, decision-load, learning conversations, and school systems, which is what brings me to NCE--an opportunity to share more about owning our boundaries.
