Session participants will 1. Better understand the difference between wheat foods and whole-wheat foods, 2. Savor the rich flavors associated with nutrient-rich recipes that are easy and delicious to make and serve daily, 3. Be inspired and confident to adapt current recipes to contain more whole wheat, 4. Understand the nutritional value of incorporating whole grains into their diets, 5. Understand the role of wheat in the American diet and food safety chain.
